Spicy buffalochicken wraps with ranch dressing are bursting with flavor and made in just 5 minutes!
When I think buffalo chicken the first thing that comes to mind is buffalowings but today we’re making something so much better. These buffalo chicken wraps have all the tasty flavors of buffalo wings without all theadded fat and calories.
They’re made in under 5 minutes thanks to my best friend rotisserie chicken. If you don’t have rotisserie chicken you can also use any pre-cooked chicken or make my stove-top grilledchicken or quick shredded chicken recipe.
To make the wraps, simply combine shredded cooked chicken with buffalo sauce. You can use buffalo sauce from a jar or combine hot sauce with melted butter.
Next, all the mixture to a soft flour tortilla and top with shredded lettuce and ranch or blue cheese dressing. You can also add thinly sliced tomatoes and onion if you’d like.
The result is a delicious wrap that’s bursting with flavor. The spicinessof the buffalo sauce and cool creaminess of the ranch is a combo to die for!

For those who are trying to cut calories and carbs. You can use the xtreame low calorie wrap tortillas they are only 50 calories. Also instead of ranch I use the little blue bell spreadable cheese that are only 30 calories and add alot of creamy flavor 😋! Great recipe and easy to make anytime!

Instead of the wraps and your calorie counting use lettuce instead of, wraps you stay closer to not getting any extra calories, + use blue cheese instead of dressing, onions 🧅
And turkey bacon 🥓 for that extra crunch. Awesome 😎 recipe. ThanksReply
These were super easy to make and OMG, they are so good! I did add some ranch and blue cheese dressing to the chicken along with the Buffalo sauce and we had shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, onions and avocado to put on them. Will be making this again for sure.

This looks delicious. .Is the nutrition (carb) value based on regular wraps or low carb wraps? My wraps are 4 carbs each, so 16 carbs looks high for this. Unless I am missing something. Thanks for the recipe, .trying it tonight

The nutritional info includes regular flour tortillas.

Can this be eaten cold as well? And sent in lunches?

Delicious! I made these in small tortillas, then a quick fry on the stove to close the opening for a warm wrap. Also I froze several and then reheated them up throughout the week and they were just as good!

Will be making this for leftover from the buffalo shredded chicken hoagie. Could traditional Mexican rice be added to it would it conflict with flavor

Although I haven’t tried it, I’d eat it!! 😀

Can i meal prep this by making 5 on sunday to eat for lunches during the week? Or will they go bag and the Wrap get soggy?
Reply
The tortilla might get soggy for 5 days. I would prep the night before for the next day only.

Prep a big batch of the filling ahead of time and just fill your wrap the night before or morning of. I don’t like lettuce so I leave it out and I actually prefer to eat mine hot.
