  We recently welcomed over 100 new Emerging Talent Leadership Development Program (LDP) colleagues to CVS Health! These programs were created to accelerate the development of the skills, knowledge and capabilities needed to be successful leaders. Our LDP participants receive support in various ways including but not limited to; meaningful on-the-job assignments and experiences, curated development paths and resources, mentorship, exposure to leaders, opportunities to work across departments and / or business units and networking with peers within and across their programs. During their orientation week, new LDP colleagues had the opportunity to learn more about our organization, our culture & values, hear from business leaders, visit some of our CVS Health locations and network with their peers and Program Managers. We are excited to have them join in our mission to transform healthcare and for them to kick-start their careers as they join their respective programs across the Actuarial LDP, Digital LDP, Finance LDP, General Management Development Program, Group School Sales Program, Human Resources LDP, Marketing LDP, Technology LDP and Underwriting LDP.   This week, we welcome an exceptional cohort of approximately 600 summer interns to #TeamCVS! These inspiring individuals will grow, learn, and share their talent across our stores and in 17 office locations, 6 distribution centers representing 25 different business areas and retail operations.🚀Our internship program is not just a summer stint; it's a launchpad for future leaders. On average, about half of our interns join us post-graduation. These interns are not just learning about our company – they're becoming an integral part of it. They hit the ground running, equipped with hands-on knowledge of our day-to-day operations and our company culture.🔍Our summer intern program received more than 51,000 applications this year.
