Gorgeous.
Is that fork oil collected on the fork tube near the zip tie or just dirt?

Am I way overpriced on this bike? Looking for honest feedback. I have been out of the bike shopping game for a long long time.

Bigrich come and get it I’ll give you the Gap family discount.

I really don’t want to deal with craigslist. Was hoping to keep it here in the group.

If I were around I’d scoop this up. Price seems good.
Any good reviews out there? (Anyone feel free to chime in)

Someone give me $5k for this bike and enjoy it during summer. I know I keep saying it but seriously if I don’t get $5k I’m gonna keep this bitch or *gasp* part off the bling and sell the bike close to stock. That would be so sad.

CL is not all bad. I have sold 4 bikes in the last 2 years. Good people will buy that bike. If you were selling a beat up GSXR or R6 I might say different. Yeah you are gonna have to deal with spam and maybe some flakers but it will sell to a good person. I am selling a 2009 GSXR 600 so I am currently dealing with early 20 year old kids that don't have cash for the most part

$5k is a steal for this bike!

I seriously would consider it, it's just TOO nice for the mean streets of SF. I have limited garage and leaving something like that out in the street even with a cover isn't justified. If someone has a connection for affordable garaging in SF, I'd def. consider this. If you do part out the bling, I'm all ears.

I had an '06 for 5 years. Great bikes- very under rated. 5 grand is a good price.

Sorry guys I’ve been procrastinating on following up with those that are interested. Mainly because I love this bike and am afraid I will regret selling it. But I do need the garage space so I really should be more on top of this. I’ll pm those interested again and then update here later.

I have an '08. I've owned mine for 3 yrs, put on 35k miles in those 3 short years. I'm 5'7", find it's really good ergos for everything - canyon, long distance, grocery getter. Stock form it has a 190 tire and handles extremely well. It has never left me stranded anywhere, although it is known to eat spark plugs every 8k miles, so you must be proactive in that and the ignition coils are recommended to be replaced every 15-20k miles are so.

Otherwise, all in all a solid bike. I've been considering getting a first gen or a low miles second gen as they were replaced by Yamaha with the FZ10. Ownership will tell you stay from the '06s, they were know for some bad gremlins.

This bike really has everything an FZ1 owner would appreciate and hard to find bits.

Sold all my sport bikes and started riding FZ's...they do it all very well...$5,000.00...no brainer. Someone is going to get a good deal.
