What are nacho fries?

According to Taco Bell, nacho fries are fries seasoned with bold, Mexican spices and served with a side of warm nacho cheese sauce.

They are also currently not being sold in the restaurant, though that may change at some point. They’ve gone and come back a few times already since their introduction.

In the meantime though, I’ve got you covered with this recipe.

These sound yummy! But what is powdered cheese and where would I find it? I loved Taco Bell growing up but it is not convenient to where we live now.

I have gotten mine from both Costco and Amazon. You could also use canned nacho cheese if that’s more convenient.
