Quests are a main way to introduce players to skyblock. they mostly help players to understand every feature possible in Skyblock.

You can also consider this guide as a way to progress early-game.

Here below, i'll put a list of all quest/objectives.
Note that if you collect an item before unlocking the quest which require to collect them, they count into the quest.

To indicate the level of difficulty of the quest, it's symbolized by * (0 * to 5 *)

1.0/ Main Quests :

◘ Getting Started :

  • Break a log
  • Craft a workbench
  • Craft a wood pickaxe

This is the very first quest you get when you join skyblock.

Others quests are categorized into multiple parts :

1.1/ Hub Quests :

Introduce yourself :

  • Talk to the Villagers *

There are 12 villagers in the village, try talking to all of them to validate the quest.

Explorer :

  • Explore the hub *

There are 12 (or 13 ?) zones to explore in the main island. This also include Auction house, Bank, Library, Wizard tower (?) and Flower House (?)
Try using the map in the village to help you research zones you haven't visited.

Auctioneer :

  • Talk to the Auction Master

The Auction Master can be found on your right when you go into the Hub.

◘ Saving up :

  • Talk to the Banker
  • Deposit Coins in the Bank

The Bank can be found behind you when you go into the Hub.

◘ Library card :

  • Talk to the Librarian
  • Enchant a item

The Library can be found next to the Bank. (it's well hidden behind the bank though)

(Carpentery and Marco the Artist are not categorized here because of the specific requirements to complete them)

  • Collect Wheat
  • Talk to the Farmer (again)

  • Collect sugar cane, cocoa beans, and cactus
  • Collect mutton and rabbit

You need to collect 1175 Farming xp to reach Farming level V and so have access to the Mushroom Desert.
Note : Be careful because most players fishes in Mushroom Desert and can spawn extremely strong mobs for your level.

◘ Carpentery :

  • Talk to the Carpenter
  • Give wool to the Carpenter ***

The Carpenter can be found in the front of the Fish shop. There's also a "Furniture Shop" sign to help you finding him.
You need 64 wool to complete the quest. You get wool by killing sheeps or using shears on them in the Mushroom Desert.

1.3/ Foarging Quests :

◘ Timber ! :

  • Talk to the Lumberjack
  • Collect logs
  • Talk to the Lumberjack (again)
  • Reach Foarging Level I
  • Travel to the Floating Islands behind the woods
  • Collect Birch Logs *
  • Talk to Charlie

To go into the Forest zone, you have to walk to the Carpenter then follow the path until you see trees. (from where you spawn in the Hub).
You need to collect 10 Oak Wood (?) for the Lumberjack, get 50 Foarging xp to reach Foarging Level I and Collect 64 Birch Logs for Charlie.
Charlie gives you a Small Storage after completing the quest.

◘ Into the Woods :

  • Reach Foarging Level V **
  • Collect Dark Oak *
  • Talk to Charlie

You need to collect 1175 Foarging xp to reach Foarging level V. There are 5 islands in the Floating island, you unlock them by leveling up Foarging level.
You need to collect 64 Dark Oak Wood for Charlie to complete the quest.

1.4/ Mining Quests :

(

It is recommanded to do both Farming and Foarging quests before doing Mining Quests, You need a least Farming armor (from Wheat III Collection) and a sword.)

Time to Mine :

  • Talk to the Blacksmith
  • Mine coal *
  • Talk to the Blacksmith
  • Reach Mining level I
  • Travel to the Gold Mine

To go into the Coal Mine zone, you have to walk straight and go to the left (from where you spawn in the Hub).
You need to collect 10 Coal for the Blacksmith (and is needed for the Reforger Quest) and get 50 Mining xp to reach Mining Level I.
When you enter the Coal mine, NEVER go to the left as there are mobs that can one-hit you.
The Gold Mine portal can be found by walking straight from the entrance of the Coal Mine.

Reforger :

  • Reforge an item

Talk to the Blacksmith to reforge your Sword/Armor for a cost of 10 coal. (After that, reforging items cost coins)
Note : There's also a another Blacksmith at the Gold Mine when you go to the left.

Lost and Found :

  • Talk to the Lazy Miner
  • Find the Lazy Miner's pickaxe *
  • Collect iron and gold ingots

The lazy miner can be found in the entrance of the Gold Mine.
The Pickaxe can be found in the deepest place on the Gold Mine. Note that after finding the pickaxe, you get a iron pickaxe with Smelting Touch I for free. (which smelt automatically mined ores)

◘ Going Deeper :

  • Reaching Mining level V **
  • Travel to the Deep Caverns
  • Talk to the Lift Operator
  • Reach the Lapis Quarry *
  • Collect lapis lazuli
  • Reach Pigmen's Den **
  • Collect redstone
  • Reach Slimehill ***
  • Collect emerald
  • Reach Diamond Reserve ***
  • Collect diamond
  • Reach Obsidian Sanctuary ****
  • Collect obsidian *****

You need to collect 1175 Mining xp to reach Foarging level V and so have access to the Deep Caverns.
The Lift Operator can be found at the right when you enter the Deep Caverns.

There are 6 main layers in this zone, which increases in difficulty as you progresses. Note that enemies are very deadly, so be really careful. (Mobs in Diamond Reserve and Obsidian Sanctuary can potentially one-hit you even with Farmer Armor)
Tip : Avoid farming obsidian in this area, they are rare and mobs are very deadly. Better buy lava bucket in the village and turn them into obsidian in your island if you need a few of them.

◘ Helpful Miner :

  • Talk to the Lapis Miner
  • Bring a iron pickaxe to the Lapis Miner

The Lapis Miner can be found in the Lapis Quarry layer. He gives you a Compactor if you complete the quest.
This NPC is pretty-well hidden so good luck finding him !

1.5/ Combat Quests :

(It is recommanded to do both Farming, Foarging and Mining Quests before doing Combat Quests. Most quests are hard to complete and you may die a lot if you're not prepared enough.)

Time to strike

  • Talk to the Bartender (somehow, this task doesn't appear on the Quest Log ?)
  • Kill Zombies *
  • Talk to the Bartender (again) (somehow, this task doesn't appear on the Quest Log ?)
  • Reach Combat level I
  • Travel to the Spider's Den *
  • Talk to Haymitch
  • Collect string and spider eyes
  • Talk to the Bartender (wrong order ?)

To go into the Graveyard zone, you take the same way to go on the Forest Zone and turn to the right after the Bartender. (from where you spawn in the Hub).
You need to kill 10 Zombies (It can be also Zombie Villagers but they are harder to kill.)
To go to the Spider's Den, try following the path in a diagonnal direction. If you see a huge mountain covered by web, you're in the right way.

Haymitch can be found in the Spider's Den in front of you when you join the zone.
In this zone, there are also 5 layers in progressing difficulty like the Deep Caverns. i would recommand avoiding going above layer 1 as spiders are extremely deadly and even harder to kill than Deep Cavern mobs.

Note about the Spider's Den Mountain layers :
- Layer 0 is the bottom of the Spider's Den Mountain where Splitter Spider can spawn.
- Layer 1 is an open area layer where Splitter/Weaver Spider can spawn.
- Layer 2 is an another open area layer where Weaver/Dasher/Jokey/Voracious Spider can spawn.
(Weaver Spiders are slightly stronger)
You can find the Blazing Fortress portal in this layer.
- Layer 3 is basically the same as the Layer 2 but Jokeys and Voracious Spiders mainly spawn.
- Layer 4 can't be accessed without Ender Pearl/Grappling hook. It's a area where you can easily fall to the lower layers. All types of Spider spawns (and Spiders from lower layers are buffed even more)
- Layer 5 is the top of the Spider's Den Mountain. Jokey Spiders can only spawn in this layer but a Boss can spawn sometimes.

The Flint Bros

  • Talk to Rick
  • Give iron ingots to Rick

Rick can be found in a gravel Mine, The mine can be located under a huge fossil structure near the Spider's Den Mountain. Note that Slimes and Skeletons can spawn.
Note : His brother Pat can be found in the Graveyard.

◘ Warrior's Quest

  • Reach Combat level V ****
  • Travel to the Blazing Fortress ****
  • Talk to Elle
  • Collect nether wart and blaze rods *****
  • Collect glowstone, quartz and magma cream **

You need to collect 1175 Mining xp to reach Foarging level V and so have access to the Deep Caverns.
Elle can be found in the entrance of the Nether Forteress, you just have to walk straight forward in the stairs to find her.
Nether wart can be only found inside the Nether Forteress, mostly found in side dead-end rooms but beware of the Withers Skeletons which can be really deadly if you're not geared enough.
Blazes can be often found on top rooms (by mostly using the stairs) or on the right side if you don't go through the Nether Forteress.
Glowstone and Quartz can be found in a large cave on the left, Pigmans often guards the entrance.
Magma Cubes can be found in a very open place where the Magma Cube Boss can spawn. This place can be found if you managed to go through the Nether Forteress.
Note : The quest may indicate slaying the Magma Boss but it is not a requirement to complete the quest.

◘ Beginning of The End

  • Talk to the Pearl Dealer
  • Collect end stone
  • Reach the Dragon's Nest **
  • Fight a Dragon

To have this Quest, you must travel The End portal a least once. It requires level XII Combat to access it.
The Pearl Dealer can be found in a shop, on the right side.
You need to collect 10 (?) end stone to continue the Quest.
The Dragon's Nest is a zone that can be found if you manage to find a way through the lowest cave layer of The End (there 3 layers in total). Most mobs are really dangerous so be sure to have a decent gear before going inside this area.
The Dragon can be fought in the Dragon's Nest. It requires 8 summoning eyes which is a rare drop from Zealots. All players can place one or multiples eyes to summon it.

The End Race

  • Talk to Guber
  • Complete The End Race in 3m *
  • Talk to Guber
  • Complete The End Race in 2m **
  • Talk to Guber
  • Complete The End Race in 80s ***
  • Talk to Guber
  • Complete The End Race in 48s ****
  • Talk to Guber

Guber can be found if you follow the stairs on the left side, in the opposite of the Pearl Dealer's Shop.
I would definitively recommand having a Grappling hook and getting a few Silent Enderpearls and if possible, the Aspect of The End Sword with a decent amount of mana. (Normal Enderpearls can spawn enraged Enderman/Zealot which are extremely deadly.)
To complete the Race, you start on the pressure plate, then you have to go to the opposite side of The End, indicated by a beacon, then finally, go back to the pressure plate.
Note : It's definitively possible to do the race with only Grappling hook, it's hard because requires specific timing and skill.

2.0/ Secondary Quests :
(you can't find them in the Quest Log after completing them. may be a bug tho)

wip af (preview : include fisherman, wizard tower, fairy, Gustave and Marco)
